4. If possible please let us know which Windows operating system you are currently using.
5. Please provide us with as much information as possible i.e. how many users are experiencing the same problem; the wording of an error message etc.
6. If possible please include a screenshot of your problem or error.
7. Please describe the steps you took before experiencing the error. This will allow us to better understand your problem.
